These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE platform, website, QR-code ordering system, and related services ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE

LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE is a technology-enabled fan experience and in-seat ordering platform designed to enhance live-event experiences, improve concession accessibility, and support venue operations.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old or use the Services under authorized supervision. By using the Services, users agree to comply with all applicable laws, venue policies, and event rules.

3. Orders and Fulfillment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to event conditions, crowd flow, weather, operational issues, or venue restrictions. Certain orders may only be fulfilled during approved moments or designated delivery windows.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through venue-approved or third-party payment processors. LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE does not store full credit or debit card information.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds or cancellations may be issued at the discretion of LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE, venue partners, or vendors based on operational or event-related circumstances.

6. Venue and Vendor Relationships

Product offerings, pricing, and availability are controlled by participating vendors and venues. LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE is not responsible for vendor product preparation, ingredients, or venue policy changes.

7. Order Runner (OR) Participation

Order Runners may include independent contractors, students, temporary staff, or members of the local gig workforce. LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate OR participation for operational or safety violations.

8. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with venue operations, engage in fraud, or harass staff, vendors, ORs, or other guests.

9. Intellectual Property

All LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE branding, logos, systems, and content remain the property of LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE or its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE shall not be liable for event interruptions, delayed deliveries, venue operational issues, vendor product concerns, or indirect damages arising from use of the Services.

11. Assumption of Venue and Event Risks

Users acknowledge and assume risks associated with attending live events, including crowd conditions, venue movement, and operational changes.

12. Data and Analytics

LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE may use aggregated and anonymized operational data to improve services, analyze trends, and support venue operations.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party payment processors, venue systems, vendor platforms, and analytics providers.

14. Modifications to the Services

LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE reserves the right to modify or discontinue Services, pricing, operational processes, or delivery methods without prior notice.

15. Changes to These Terms

LIVESEAT ADVANTAGE may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
